Welcome to an inspiring and undemanding painting workshop where intuition and joy rule the brush! Here we let go of performance and let color and shape lead us into creative flow and presence in the present.
About the workshop
Marika Cavalli leads this workshop. She currently works as a hypnotherapist and coach but has a background in design and interior design. Her passion for color and form has followed her since her youth, and she sees creation as a powerful method for presence and personal development.
"Design, color, shape and aesthetics are interests that have followed me since my youth. I have also had the pleasure of working with products in design before I switched to working as a therapist."
Color has great power and affects us in many ways. Working with color and shape without thinking too much is a great way to let emotions and intuition guide the creation. It can be like therapy, letting go of performance and focusing on the process. Playing with color is a way to feel joy and be present in the moment.
