“Beautiful buildings with plenty of history. Our room was newly renovated and lovely, with a smart bathroom and a wonderful whirlpool bath. It felt spacious and fresh, with a style that suited the surroundings. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were delightful. Breakfast was very good, and the waterside setting was beautiful. The staff and facilities were excellent. We did not visit the spa, but the sauna raft down by the river looked inviting. We will try it when we return.”

“We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary here with our family. We could not have found a better place. The welcome was excellent, and the rooms with views over the Dal River were wonderful. Dinner was superb and breakfast was something special. The staff were very friendly, so we will gladly return.”
